Contacting the Clinic

We encourage patients to reach us by email for general and non-urgent inquiries. Our front desk team is often assisting patients in office, which means phone calls may not always be answered promptly.

We make every effort to respond to emails within one business day. Emails received after Friday at 12:00 PM will be responded to the following Monday. Response times may vary.

Please note that email is not a secure form of communication. Do not send personal health information, test results, or detailed medical concerns by email. Saltwater Family Wellness is not responsible for missed or delayed communication sent via email.

For prescription refills, referrals or other clinical requests, please contact the clinic for an appointment. Please be aware that our physicians nor administrative staff are able to provide medical advice via email - all medical concerns should be addressed at an appointment.

After Hours & Urgent Care

If you require medical attention outside of clinic hours, please consider visiting an urgent care centre or walk-in clinic in your area.

For medical emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately. Do not wait for a response from the clinic.
